The Yale Veracitor VX series is a feature-rich series of internal combustion engine forklifts that combines maximum productivity, ergonomics and reliability with low (total) operating costs.

The 40–55VX models are designed to offer customers a choice for diverse application needs. They are available in three model configurations: the Base model offers low acquisition costs without compromising performance; the Value model delivers high performance with very low operating costs; and the Productivity model guarantees superior performance in heavy-duty applications.

Load-sensing hydraulics (LSH) increases productivity and reduces fuel consumption by up to 15% (VDI test); in the "ECO-eLo" fuel efficiency mode, consumption can even be reduced by up to 20% in real-world operation without significantly impairing productivity.

All VX models with a load capacity of 4,000–5,500 kg are equipped with Tier 4 engines (sulfur content <500 ppm) for EU-regulated markets and Tier 3 engines (sulfur content >500 ppm) for non-regulated markets.

The isolated drivetrain and a fully suspended seat offer the lowest whole-body vibration in its class at 0.6 m/s².
The operator's cab, with its generous, unobstructed footwell, comfortable 3-point entry, and low step height, allows for easy entry and exit.
The continuously adjustable steering column and ergonomically positioned seat with an integrated armrest featuring mini-levers for controlling the hydraulics and other key functions ensure a comfortable working position at all times.
The Value and Productivity models are equipped as standard with an Automatic Deceleration System (ADS), which reduces the truck's speed when the driver releases their foot from the accelerator, reducing the need for braking and preventing fatigue.
The clearly arranged display continuously informs the operator of the truck's operating status.
