Skinetta ASK 450 criminal banding machine

Machine intended use

The SKINETTA series of stretch banding machines is designed
to tightly wrap (wrap) individual products or multiple individual products with polyethylene film. Unlike shrink wrappers, the wrapping film is pulled tightly around the package before sealing. This tightening is the main advantage of the process. The result is up to 20% less film consumption. 

A particular advantage of the patented SKINETTA tightening system is the infinitely variable, fine dosing. 

The film is sealed (welded) in a very small space, resulting in a clean seal with very small overhangs. By installing a SKINETTAther or SKINETTAshrink heat hood and using a suitably wide film, the film overhang extending beyond the container can be shrunk down to the sides. This makes the container even more stable and prevents individual products from falling out sideways in appropriately grouped containers. Complete closure of the containers by sealing, sealing, and side folding is possible with appropriate additional devices.

The SKINETTA stretch banding machine program includes six basic models for film widths
from 25 mm to 200, 290, 440, 590, 790, and 1250 mm. To increase output, two- to four-lane systems are available in addition to the single-lane version. - With the SK series (semi-automatic), the products are grouped on the machine table by an operator. Insertion into the film and the subsequent stretch banding process is triggered either by a foot switch or a two-hand control. Full automation is possible at a later date (except for the SK 200 model). - With the ASK series (fully automatic), the products are fed, grouped, and then banded fully automatically using appropriate additional equipment. A modular system of feeding, grouping, forming and special equipment based on over 20 years of experience allows adaptation to the most diverse customer tasks with proven standard elements.
