Application:
This padder-dryer combination has proven itself extremely effective in practice.
It is used in this form for a wide variety of hot-air treatment processes, such as drying, setting, condensing, thermosolizing, etc.
This system is used wherever a certain sample size is required, for example, to produce sample collections or similar.

THA Dryer
If the padder and dryer are to be used separately in addition to continuous operation, the THA dryer is the ideal choice. 
This unit features an unwinder at the dryer inlet and an outfeed unit at the dryer outlet.
This element determines the fabric speed when used separately. 
This offers the advantage of being able to use the padder and dryer independently and simultaneously.
The fabric is then transferred to the dryer for drying, setting, condensing, etc.

If all of the above-mentioned application possibilities are to be ensured and
the use of pin frames is also desired for stand-alone operation of the dryer, the THN model is preferable.
The standard pin frames are suitable for a sample size of up to 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available upon request).
Length-adjustable frames for woven fabrics or length- and width-adjustable material holders for warp-knitted and knitted fabrics, 
nonwovens, etc., as well as clamp frames for films and paper, are available.

 

drying chamber 

Drying chamber with electrical equipment box and control panel are mounted on a base frame and screwed together to form a unit. 

Good thermal insulation of the dryer is ensured by a double-walled construction with insulation in between. 

The 1300 mm long nozzle array is divided into an upper and lower nozzle compartment. A control flap can be used to adjust equal-sided ventilation at the top/bottom or to adjust air flow from above or below.


Fan and heater 

Intensive air circulation is ensured by a powerful fan, capacity approx. 900-3500 m3/h combined with a well-coordinated heating output, resulting in optimal evaporation performance. 

A dual-protected monitoring system allows for reduced maintenance effort and increases the operational reliability of the dryer.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heating and is automatically reduced once the desired temperature is reached to avoid unnecessary power peaks.

The temperature is controlled by an electronic measuring and control device in the range of 20-250°C.

Fresh air is drawn directly into the recirculation fan via a fan. The desired air flow can be adjusted using a step switch.
