Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing

ChromoJet is a valve-based jet print technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976 and has since had a firm place in carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles.

The digital printing systems of the ChromoJet family are suitable for all types of pile products in the range of 300 to 1,500 g/sqm.

ChromoJet works with high-speed valves.
The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process colors are
injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without machine parts touching the fabric.
The result is the deepest color penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dye classes:
Acid and pre-metallized - for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
Dispersion - for printing on polyester-based carpets
Cationic - for printing on modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive - for printing on carpets and mats based on polyamide, wool and cotton
