The Compact Series

The new Wanner cutting mills of the C's series ("C" stands for "compact", "s" stands for "silent" i.e. noise-optimized) offer practical solutions for almost all problems related to in-line recycling of sprues and rejects in the production process.

Due to the modular design, the cutting mills of the C's series can be easily adapted to the respective application or the requirements in the plant.
Depending on the type and method of feeding the sprues, the disposal of the ground material, or the injection molding machine used,
the C's series from Wanner offers optimal solutions that can be adapted to your respective operating process through a variety of standard components.
The optimized cutting geometry and the low rotor speed guarantee high-quality ground material with a low dust content, sound-insulated feed chutes and
the grinding chamber design optimized in terms of structure-borne noise and natural vibration contribute to a low noise level.
The generously dimensioned gearbox ensures a long service life of the cutting mills and also allows for extremely compact dimensions.
The grinding chamber can be opened very easily with just a few manual steps, which saves time and thus costs, e.g. for cleaning due to a change of color or material.
