Application:
This combination of padder and dryer has proven to be extremely effective in practice.
It is used in this form for a variety of hot air treatment processes, such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosol, etc.
The system is used wherever a certain sample size is required, for example for the production of sample collections or the like.

THN Dryer
If all the above-mentioned applications are to be guaranteed and the use of needle frames is also desired in the individual operation of the dryer,
the THN version is to be preferred.
The standard needle frames are suitable for a sample size of max. 50 x 50 cm (larger needle frames on request).

Length-adjustable frames for fabrics or length- and width-adjustable material holders for knitted fabrics, knitted goods, nonwovens, etc. as well as clamping frames for films and paper are available.

Drying Chamber

The drying chamber with electrical distribution box and control panel is mounted and screwed onto a base frame.
A double-walled construction with insulation in between ensures good thermal insulation of the dryer.
The 1300 mm long nozzle arrangement is divided into an upper and a lower nozzle compartment. A control flap can be used to regulate the ventilation evenly from top and bottom or the air flow from top or bottom.

Fan and Heater

A powerful fan with a capacity of approx. 900–3500 m³/h, in combination with an optimally tuned heating capacity, ensures intensive air circulation and thus optimal evaporation performance. A doubly protected monitoring system reduces maintenance effort and increases the operational reliability of the dryer.

The heating capacity is designed for fast heating and is automatically reduced after reaching the desired temperature to avoid unnecessary power peaks.
The temperature is electronically controlled in the range of 20–250 °C.

Fresh air is fed directly into the recirculation fan via a fan. The desired air flow can be adjusted using a step switch.
